Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 8u777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the 8u777 website located at https://8u777.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 8u777 Platform. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 8u777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise convey an 8u777 account to a third party is void and will result in immediate account termination.
• 8u777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during the account lifetime. Failure to cooperate with KYC checks may result in account suspension.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8u777 support immediately at [email protected]. Prompt reporting reduces the risk of further loss and enables 8u777 to investigate and take protective action.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8u777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the payment methods made available on the Platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and certain bank transfers. The following rules apply:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 8u777, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 8u777 reserves the right to reverse deposits and to close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
• Deposits are ordinarily credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, you should contact support with your payment reference number.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 8u777 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC checks.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been specifically approved by 8u777 in writing.
• 8u777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• 8u777 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside 8u777's control. You should consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

8u777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly in the specific bonus offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, participating in bonus offers with the intention of withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonuses are denominated in BDT and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus balances are shown separately from real-money balances in your account dashboard.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8u777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. 8u777 actively monitors accounts for suspicious transaction patterns and will report any suspicious activity to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. If you identify a bug, you must report it to support immediately and must not use it to your benefit. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, data-scraping tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a way not expressly permitted by 8u777. All gameplay must be conducted by a human individual in real time.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about cards or other hidden game elements in real time, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game offered on the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider without first contacting 8u777 support to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as fraud, will result in permanent account closure, and may be pursued through legal channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8u777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game assets, brand marks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 8u777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8u777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 8u777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Under no circumstances shall 8u777 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 8u777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
